ICED COFFEE
Make you own delicious iced coffee at home.
INGREDIENTS
1 LB. GROUND COFFEE
8 QTS. COLD WATER
1 LARGE LIDDED CONTAINER
1 KNEE HIGH HOSE
PLACE GROUND COFFEE INTO KNEE HIGH HOSE AND PLACE INTO A LARGE CONTAINER. COVER WITH 8 QUARTS OF
COLD WATER. USING A LONG HANDLED SPOON HOLD DOWN COFFEE, FILLED KNEE HIGH HOSE UNTIL IT IS SATURATED.
YOU MIGHT HAVE TO WEIGHT IT DOWN WITH A PLATE TO KEEP COFFEE SUBMERGED UNDER THE WATER. LET THIS SET
AT ROOM TEMPERATURE OVERNIGHT. THE NEXT DAY REMOVE THE COFFEE FILLED KNEE HIGH AND POUR THE COFFEE
CONCENTRATE THRU CHEESECLOTH OR PAPER TOWLES TO REMOVE RESIDUE.
SERVE THIS VERY STRONG COFFEE OVER ICE WITH YOUR FAVORITE CREAMER.
